How can I track my delivery?

You can track your orders and shipments by logging into your account. If the tracking information is not available within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team via email for help.

Fast Shipping

Our Fast Shipping policy means that we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually this means your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Certain orders may take longer.

  • All orders placed after 2pm MST Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods for deliveries requiring a signature. You will be notified if your delivery is going to require a signature.
  • Damaged packages must be signed for as "damaged". A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours.

Where does LVT deliver to?

LVT only ships items within the United States. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to a different destination

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 15 days to return the item(s). We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, all we ask is that items are returned clean, unused and have all their original tags and/or stickers and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake (e.g. you received the wrong item, the item was damaged or the item is inoperable) we'll send you a pre-paid shipping return label at no cost to you.

We do not provide pre-paid shipping return labels for returns that are not the fault of LVT. Fault is determined by the sole discretion of LVT.

Important: Please obtain proof of return shipping receipt and save it until your refund has been fully processed.

Rights

We reserve the right to reject returns or refund requests for used or worn item(s) which are not returned as new under the guidelines stated above. Rejected item(s) will be returned to you and may be subject to a re-delivery charge.
